Centre for Unemployed Youth Deveelopment Trust which was founded by Thiru.K.Subramaniam has been serving the cause of education since 2002. Tmt. S. Mathiyazhagi Subramaniam is a member of the Board of Trustees. One of the important institutions functioning under the trust is K.S.Maniam College of Education. Our beloved Thiru S. Senthil Kumar is the Correspondent and Secretary of this reputed institution. The brain behind the functioning of the college is his devoted better-half Tmt. S. Latha Senthil Kumar who is also the Educational Coordinator of our college.

K.S.Maniam College of Education was founded in 2005 – 06 as a co-educational Teacher Education Institution to cater to the needs of the graduates and post graduates. The background area Irukkur in Paramathi Velur, Namakkal district has been chosen by the management as the centre of thier academic activities, thanks to their commitment towards the rural people. Our college is situated ina serene and splendid landscape at Valasupalayam, Irukkur, a small hamlet. Thanks to the presence of this institution, the place is now hub of many academic institutions.

K.S.Maniam College of Education is situated in a sprawling 5.00 acre campus on the Velur to Kabilarmalai road, 5 km away from Velur Town. The College has been serving a beacon light in the backward area of P.Velur, Namakkal district, emphasising teaching, learning and research programmes in education to the benefit of many thousands of students who pursue higher education and professional education. Today K.S.Maniam Educational Institutions are reckoned as leading educational insitutions in Tamil Nadu with excellent infrastructure, competent faculty and very promising students.
